Programs

A program for every swimmer, at every stage of life.

From the first splash to open water, from baby steps to lap training — every program is designed around the whole swimmer, not just their stroke. Safety, confidence, and joy in the water are the foundation of everything we do.

Mommy & Baby
Mommy & Baby

Infant–24 months. Three age-specific classes so every baby gets exactly the right experience.

Mommy & Baby — Level 1 (0–6 months)

Ages 0–6 months · Caregiver in water · Min 4 / Max 6

The most tender introduction to water there is. Level 1 is all about you and your baby discovering the water together — through gentle movement, skin-to-skin warmth, guided floating, and the kind of calm, joyful bonding that builds your baby's earliest sense of safety in the world. No skills required. No pressure. Just connection, comfort, and water.

Mommy & Baby — Level 2 (6–12 months)

Ages 6–12 months · Caregiver in water · Min 4 / Max 6

As your baby grows more curious and responsive, Level 2 introduces submersion, breath awareness, and assisted movement through the water. Coach Meredith guides caregivers through safe techniques for underwater entry, supported kicking, and early water acclimation — building a foundation of trust and physical confidence that will last a lifetime.

Mommy & Baby — Level 3 (12–24 months)

Ages 12–24 months · Caregiver in water · Min 4 / Max 6

Your little one is ready to do more — and in Level 3, they will. This class encourages babies and toddlers to begin initiating their own movement in the water: reaching, kicking, and exploring independently while staying safely supported. Caregivers learn advanced water handling and water safety practices, and the focus shifts toward building early self-awareness and the first sparks of water independence.

Learn to Swim Group — Level 4

Ages 2.5–4 · Min 2 / Max 4

This isn't just a swim class — it's a survival skill. Children develop the foundational water safety skills that every child needs: rolling to their back, floating independently, and getting themselves to the wall unassisted. Through play-based, structured activities tailored to this age group's developmental pace, every child builds real water competence — and the confidence that comes with it.

Safe Play & Endurance Swimming — Level 5

Ages 5–7 · Min 3 / Max 6

For swimmers who've found their footing in the water and are ready to go further. This class teaches children how to sustain their swimming, move safely around others, jump in and surface confidently, retrieve objects from the bottom of the pool, and navigate obstacles without losing control. Just as importantly, swimmers learn to understand their own limits and how to get to safety on their own.

Stroke Foundations — Level 6

Ages 5–7 · Min 3 / Max 6

Great swimmers aren't born — they're built from the ground up. Stroke Foundations introduces young swimmers to all four competitive strokes through a technique-first approach that prioritizes doing it right over doing it fast. This is where the habits that will define a swimmer's future are formed. Small class sizes mean every child gets the attention their developing technique deserves.

Adult Fear of Deep Water

Adults 18+ · 90-min sessions · Private or small group

For any water-related fear — deep water, drowning, open ocean, going underwater, putting your face in, or simply not knowing how it all started. You're not alone, and there's nothing to be ashamed of. Coach Meredith's approach is unique: rather than pushing through the fear, she works with it. Each session combines an honest conversation about what's actually happening — the triggers, the thoughts, the body's responses — with deliberate, in-water skill building at the same time. The mental and the physical work together, not separately.
